dPilot is a basic and tiny web-download client. The interface of the program is very easy-to-use and self-explanatory. The program contains a URL text-box which is automatically filled with any download URL that is stored on your Microsoft Windows clipboard, from any other application. Two text boxes are present to fill the login and password details if the download URL requires authentication. Download destination folder can be set on the first tab. The last thing on this tab is the graphical progress bar which displays the percentage of how much is done from the download process; it shows number of kilobytes downloaded, download rate and the estimated termination time (ETA).
The program shows detailed information about the complete and incomplete downloads such as file URL, downloaded percentage, size and target download location. It also contains two buttons to activate or remove a certain download.
The program contains a list of the developer's products along with their comprehensive details, download links and target download folder.
The latest version of dPilot is 1.7, but this review and screenshots apply to v.1.0.
